These terms govern the use of DouchkoVE (douchko.eu), operated by Ismet Beyazkus, Hinter den Gärten 4, 52388 Nörvenich, Germany (“we”). Contact: Ismet@douchkove.com.
DouchkoVE automatically generates styled captions for uploaded videos using AI transcription, AI direction, and video rendering. The service is provided as an Early Access product: features can change, and occasional errors or downtime can occur.
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (purchase of credits). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ismet Beyazkus, Hinter den Gärten 4, 52388 Nörvenich, Germany, Ismet@douchkove.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the unused portion without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires for digital services where we have begun performance after you expressly requested such immediate performance and confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356 (4) BGB). This applies per credit actually consumed by a started render.

No automated mass submission, no attempts to disrupt the service, no reselling of the service without written agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; remaining paid credits are refunded in that case unless the violation was intentional abuse.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory law. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. The service is Early Access; we do not guarantee specific results, styles, or uninterrupted availability.
We may update these terms with effect for the future. Material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree, you may terminate by deleting your account; unused credits from purchases made before the change will be refunded on request.
German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
